Satriani amp vst issues

Amps work great in standalone but inside studio one I'm getting what I describe as digital artifacts with the Satch amps. All channels, all volume and gain settings. The rocktron seems ok but the other two are bad. To the point of being unusable. Every other amp in my collection is fine it's just these two that are not working right in the vst. Downloaded and reinstalled a fresh copy of amplitube 10 still same issue. Anyone else having trouble with the vst?

I am sorry to hear about the problems you are running into.

As this is primarily a user to user forum, someone-else may chime in [#]. Meanwhile, the best thing to do is raise a Support Ticket, here for some one to one investigation and help (US (East Coast) Business hours, generally). Response time is usually within 2 working days, but in the current circumstances please allow some more time.

[#] But please remember that the same symptoms do not necessarily mean the same problem.

And, to help others who run into a similar problem, please let us know what you did to resolve the problem.

Ok I think this is my bad. I just now opened up a new song in studio one and inserted vst in new track. Now it's working fine. Something with the existing song or track it didnt like. Almost like the sample rates were off but the're not. Just weird that only the Satriani amps acted this way. So I've also just tested it in Samplitude and it's working great there also. Problem solved I think.
