tonex one does not replace the captures or delete them

Hello, i need a Help please...

I recently bought the tonex one, and went on tonenet to test some captures to see which one suited my style best. I knew that in the tonex one version it was only allowed to download 20 captures, although, I had common sense and thought: "Obviously I'll be able to uninstall the captures I didn't like and replace them with others I want, that's how it works, right?!" I tested the ones I wanted, and ended up downloading the 20 captures, I deleted the captures I didn't want to keep, but when I went to replace them with the new ones it wasn't allowed, they put it as "error 203"Saying that there was no more space for new captures because I had already downloaded the 20, but I deleted them and left only 8 of the ones I wanted, please, someone help me solve this bug please, I've already sent a message to ik support and I haven't gotten a response, please fix this, I don't have any amplifiers to play with, all the ones I downloaded were for testing, and as I said before, I've already uninstalled them and I still can't replace them.

I see no users have replied to this but note that the 20 download limit in the TONEX CS software is finite, you can't keep deleting and reloading User Tone Models. This is because that is the free version. Your TONEX ONE should have unlocked TONEX SE as that is include with the ONE and that allows for unlimited User Tone Model downloads from ToneNET.

I hope that IK Support has already handled this but it is also good information for anybody else who might find this thread. If you haven't registered your TONEX ONE please do so and then install/authorize the included TONEX SE.
