Unable to Log In to ToneNet.com

The password is correct, but I still can't log in — the website keeps saying my credentials are incorrect. I'm able to access both Amplitube and Tonex software without any issues, but I can't log in to the website.
Is anyone going through this?

Thank you, Yes, I contacted support (awaiting) but I actually got the connection working by restoring. Then after logging out and back in, the same issues appeared and restore no longer fixes the issue. I'm logged in to my IK account and it should just automatically sign me in to Tone Net or so it says.
