Hey guys! I'm facing the same issue. When I try to update any of the software via the product manager, I get error 2110, saying the path couldn't be found. I've already updated the product manager, it's version 1.1.7 for PC. I saw some people mentioning issues related to OneDrive, but I don't have OneDrive installed. Anyone have a solution?

It comes up with the message; Application Error - Download path not found. Please ensure a valid path is selected in the settings for your download folder.

I'm not sure what this means or what to do.

Any ideas?

I just bumped into the same problem where it would throw this error: "Insufficient space in the current download path. Please free up space or select a new path in Settings. (code: 108)".
When I changed the path in the settings to a different folder the "Install" button would either not react to my clicks or it would queue all installations forever.
So I checked the default installation folder C:\Users\<Username>\Documents\IK Multimedia\IK Product Manager and it wasn't even created after I installed "IK Product Manager".

This resolved after I manually created these two folders and kept the download path in Settings as is. Download and installation worked immediately afterwards.

Cheers!

Thanks Buddy, that helped me out a lot!

the download path you've selected does not exist or you don't have permission to access it. please close this window to select a new path in preferences.

You don't need to install any outdated code, just run the download manager as an administrator. You can create a directory of your choice using the gear.
