TONEX pedal no working - no output signal

My Tonex pedal was working fine, in the middle of a show, after 2 noises similar to on/off, now it gives no output signal (right, left output or headphones. I can connect it to the DAW via USB, I can see and realize that theoretically the pedal is "working", I can move and change the presets, but there is no sound, as there is no signal from the Tonex pedal. The firmware is updated as of this date (v. 1.2. 3) I changed the volume. of the pedals to increase the signal, but nothing works. Is there anything to return the Tonex to its original state?

I have the same issue. no sound coming out of the unit whatsoever

I contacted the store that sold it to me and it was necessary to exchange the unit. It was frustrating, but it was necessary.

Thats sucks! i got mine second hand and my problem was the pedal was set to the "interface" mode and not the "live" mode hence why i was getting no sound out of it xD i have an audio interface and only plug it into usb only to load profiles.

I have the same issue. I was using at home and out of the blue the sound just disappeared. I tried both live/interface mode, and there is no output sound (headphone and mono output).
Using the Tonex software, it shows that there is input/output signal, but no sound

I have a similar problem.
Using it as an interface, the sound comes out on the computer, but when using it live, there is no sound from the mono (L). When I plug in the headphones, the sound only comes out on the right side.
I have already restored the factory settings, but it didn't help.
Has anyone had a similar problem and managed to solve it?

Same exact thing happened to me. I unpacked it, downloaded the software, was only getting to learn about the possibilities and then it stopped working. No output whatsoever. I connected it to my amp as a standalone pedal to see if at least the factory presets would work, but no sound came out either. The pedal turns on, seems to be working just fine, except that there's no output.

Please make sure your pedal is in the correct mode for how you are using it (interface or live mode) and check the manual to see if you might want to do a factory reset / restore.
