Tonex Tuner Does Not Work

I've updated my Tonex to the latest firmware. When I press the active button on the pedal, a dash is displayed on the screen and the "C" LED flashes blueish-white and the pedal will not tube a guitar or bass. My cables are good.

Hell Peter, thanks for the replay. I did open a ticket with IK Support yesterday. I'm still waiting to hear from them.
