How to fix Amplitube error?

I created a ToneNET account "Zabukowski_TN", and my IK account is "zabukowski". However, after logging into ToneNET successfully, Amplitube plugin and standalone give me error 103 ("Please verify that you have created a valid ToneNET account"). Do you have any suggestions on how to resolve this issue? Thanks!

hi, pls try to log out and re-login and re-authorized your products in the product manager and amplitibe tonex. it usually fixes things.
