Hi Folks,
If you power up the keyboard and none of the black keys triggers notes, it's possible that you might have accidentally changed the Scale setting in the Editor software from Chromatic to Major in your last session by accident and forgot you did it.
Furthermore, it appears that this setting is only available in the Editor software (I couldn't find it on the hardware menus), and it is global, thus affecting all patches.
I just thought I'd share this in case anybody else encounters this issue! It had me scratching my head for at least 30 minutes.
