Hi, I bought second hand "UnoSynth" how can I register the product? says it is registered to another user ....... thank you very much!

The seller has already Registered that number - in order to get any bundled software?

Ideally, he/she needs to do a Licence Transfer to transfer the Serial Number to you.

Any luck with this? I just got one and I tried registering it to get support because mine does not change drum kits, even with latest firmware but the SN is already registered.

You would need to contact IK Support directly. You do not need a registered serial number to open a ticket with them.

I have a problem where I bought the unit on eBay and it came with the same sounds in all 100 kits, and I can’t download the editor because the serial number I have is already registered

Yes, I understood. My post above still stands. You need to contact IK Support and you do not need a serial number to do so...

Yes, thanks, I already did, and waiting on their reply. I just clarified because at first I thought the unit was defective, but I can save drum sounds to the kits if modify each one. So it seems it’s just programming.

I am now in the same situation, luckily I can easily contact the guy who sold it to me, but this limitation is just dumb.
i have the very drum machine sitting on my desk.

it's also silly in that the SN is just a piece of paper.

It really is, but at least they sent me the software, I can not register it because the paper was lost by the original owner though.
