Hi, I’m trying to connect UNO SYNTH with my IPhone and IPad to use US EDITOR app.
But I cannot see any device connected in the app.
Still “waiting for UNO”.
I’m using a brand new Lightning to USB Micro-B Cable.
But nothing shows up.

Hi Peter, I’m using a IK MULTIMEDIA cable!!
Brand new. Bought for that job!
There must be a misunderstanding, as UNO Synth comes with the following:
1x Micro USB to USB cable
And we don't sell a direct Micro USB to Lightning cable that is compatible with UNO Synth. We have that cable for other products but it is not specified to work with UNO Synth in its description as it is for other products.

There’s nothing specified anywhere. It’s not easy to do the right purchase.
I assumed buying a IK cable could be the safest choice...
Lightning to Micro-USB cable for iRig Mic Studio, iRig Mic HD, iRig HD 2 and iRig Keys Mini.

Wanna do a great job? Add some info “not suitable for UNO SYNTH” on IK SHOP
Thank you anyway
