Hi, I'm relatively new to this and was hoping that someone could help advise me on this issue.
I have a UNO synth that is currently being sent a MIDI clock through a Argon8, just to keep sequences and arps in time. I then want to be able to play the UNO with a controller keyboard.
I have tried a MIDI splitter Y cable going from the outs of the Argon8 and the controller keyboard going into the MIDI in on the UNO, with both on different channels and as soon as the Argon8 turns on, I can no longer play the UNO with the controller keyboard.
Is this something that a MIDI Merger would help with? Or Thru?
How can I chain it so the UNO gets clock data from the Argon8 and the UNO can be played by a separate controller.
