How to load presets on Uno?

I received my Uno but can't load presets or individual sounds from a preset. The Presets tab and selecting a category works, but when I pick a sound, it doesn't play on the UNO. Firmware is up to date and the connection between the UNO and editor is healthy. What could be the issue?

Hello,

in the editor you have to choose the preset, then select below "to HW" (to hardware). If you see the chosen preset in the hardware tab, press below "send".
