iLoud MTM MKII can't find the Serial Number

I just received my MTM MKII, but I can't find their serial numbers anywhere. I can't register them or download X-Monitor either. Can someone help me?

Actually, I just want to download and install X-Monitor, but the IK Multimedia product manager doesn't recognize the hardware. Do I need to register manually? Or can I download X-Monitor from another source?

Your monitors should have a card in the box with the serial number, once you register that you will see the included software in your IK Product Manager.

There was no card in the box. There is an inscription "serial" on the box, but there is nothing, but there is no sticker, here is a photo:

How should the registration card look like ..?
I’ve been selling and praised IK productd for 30 years - what should I tell my customers
When they get back to me complaining about this ..? :o

It will be a card with the IK logo and serial number + instructions. This is not the norm, if a mistake happens and someone does not get a card they can contact IK Support who will take care. I have posted that in a previous reply.
