help to setup iloud single monitor

just bought the iloud single monitor but its hard to get any sound from it. Really hard.
Is this speaker only for mac? I sitting on a pc.
I use asio4all. Think im going to send it back soon.

Just to reassure you, as a speaker, the iLoud should work with both Mac or PC systems.

Note* The iLoud is not officially compatible with PC/Windows systems as an audio interface. This is because all Windows systems can include different sound cards. Each sound card can use a different wiring standard rendering the iLoud compatible or incompatible. Our products use the CTIA/AHJ wiring standard.
