Iloud Micro Monitor RCA jack issue.

Everytime I switch RCA cables, one of both of the RCA jacks' ground connector comes out of its place.

I've tried opening the monitor by removing the two bottom screws but for some reason couldn't open the dang thing. Does anyone know how to do this? I'd like to solder the ground connector properly once and for all!
