Sounds file instalation failed

I just purchased Total VI MAX (Digital Download) and tried to install SOUNDS files after successful installation of product files.
I specified Downloads Folder as D:\.
And checked "Allow selection of custom path for sounds installations."
Then file download started but I received the following error.
"We couldn't create the path to save the installer. Please check the folder settings or choose a new location. (code: cl212)"
Any idea?

maybe the IKPM cannot write to the top-level of a disk?

Try creating a D:\IK Multimedia folder and selecting that as the downloads folder in IKPM.
