install MODO sound expansions

I am trying to install MODO DRUM's. sound expansion but when I use IK product manager it keeps saying "launching setup..." forever and never installs the pack. how can I fix it?

Does anyone have any special tricks for loading the Sounds like Neil Peart to MOTODRUM? I've got 6 hours into loading/deleting/reloading and I cannot get these Sounds to work. Hope someone has been down this road before that has the magic. I did reach out IK but the response indicated we'll be back in a few days. I'd like to be using these now, not in a few days. Thanks.

The Neil Peart Drums sound library is for SampleTank, not MODO DRUM.

Hey Peter IK,
I feel like a dummy. I just assumed the Neil Peart (and the other) drum Sounds were an expansion for Moto Drum and so I was looking to see the Neil Peart kit option come up. Not sure how I didn't catch that until now. Thanks for your help!

No problem! The only problem I have is now I want Neil Peart's drums in MODO Drum too
