Please help, I purchased the Total Studio 4 MAX on February 9, 2025, and used 30 jampoints minus $30. I have already paid $119.99, but I have not received the goods. Order number is 2025021022001361961424591468

I'm considering buying the Total Studio Max 4, but when I go to checkout, it shows up as "Total Studio 4 MAX Upgrade (Digital Download)".

I would like to know if this is just an update that requires me to have an older version, or if it is the full product with no requirements from a previous license.

I reckon that you should be OK. Check the Upgrade/Crossgrade section in your Account's User Area: https://www.ikmultimedia.com/upgrade/

IK’s New Upgrade Policy
When you purchase IK software within a family of software titles, it qualifies you for upgrade pricing on the Full or MAX versions of that same family. That same purchase also entitles you to a reduced price on Total Studio 4 MAX. The only requirement is that you have a paid version of the original software registered to your IK account.
