TONEX EDITOR AND TONEX

Hello

I use Windows 10 and installed it correctly, but Tonex and Tonex editor appear
on the desktop, but do not open when clicked.

What can I do to solve this?

Sorry to hear you are having trouble but I don't know what could cause that for you. Best would be to also open a ticket with IK Support via https://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support/sw for direct and official assistance in case other users do not chime in here with suggestions.
