Total VI MAX

I purchased "Total VI MAX".
I own "Total Studio MAX 4", but I wonder if there is any difference between the two?
After purchasing, I started up IK Product Manager and completed activation, but nothing changed. What can I download?
Is "Total VI MAX" a scam product with just a different name?
If anyone knows, please let me know.
I plan to spread the word on social media and YouTube to prevent people from making the same mistake as me.

Total Studio 4 MAX includes most of the software titles IK Multimedia offers in a bundle. Total VI stands for Total Virtual Instruments and is an instrument bundle. The difference is what it includes and I'm sure some people confuse it with having a roman numeral.

If you bought a product that includes software you already have, I would suggest contacting that retailer to discuss the situation. Thank you.

This is the first time I've heard that "Total VI MAX" is not a bundled product of "IK Multimedia Production".

We are currently inquiring with "pluginboutique".
We will post an update once we know the outcome.

A question related to Plugin Boutique Total I MAX special...

I remember some of the older IKM stuff only being able to be installed onto the C Drive. Is this still the case (as I have a older tiny SSD C drive and prefer to download non-system software onto other hard drives)?

I would reach out to IK Support, I believe some core files will be on your system drive but any large files like the sound libraries can be installed in custom locations.

I received an email from the support staff of pluginboutique, the seller, that the refund procedure for "Total VI MAX" has been completed.

I think the money will be deposited in a few days.

This time, I did not check the contents when I purchased "Total VI MAX". I thought that most of the products would be duplicated.

However, I never thought that there would be nothing to download. I thought that it would be fine if I could get even just two or three new products.
