IK Product Manager will not update OR re install

Hello, IK Product Manager just goes on a loop when trying to update or after uninstalling and trying to reinstall with a fresh download what is the issue? :roll: (windows10 fully up todate drivers etc)

I have same issue. When checking Whats New it says whats new in Product Manager 1.3.9 but in website it only shows 1.1.6.

Same here, closing manager in the background and letting the 'install' run fully still just triggers the same loop over and over again. To IK Multimedia: Are you sure you guys have not messed something up for the verification of latest version. Maybe the installer is looking for the ghostly 1.3.9 :roll:

ok, in a way I'm happy because I've been going crazy for like 45 minutes about to rip my hair out before seeing this thread. I submitted a ticket before landing here. Anyone else do the same and have heard back?

I reached out to our Support Manager. While your tickets will be replied to, in the mean time they have found that an uninstall/reinstall seems to be working but making sure you do a full uninstall per our FAQ here: https://www.ikmultimedia.com/faq/?id=1468

If you followed all of the steps in the FAQ and did a full uninstall using those steps and still have issues, IK Support will assist you.

Hi tried the instructions in the FAQ and also scanned my reg for left overs with a couple of reg cleaners to make sure,clean install makes no difference :( the problem seems to be in the installer itself,as stated in one of the replies probably a version number miss match messing it up :(

I'm having the same issue, even after a registry cleaning. I have tried to install this on two separate machines. I have tried using an older installer (1.1.4) that I had downloaded as well. I have submitted a ticket, but wanted to make sure the community is aware of how many people this is currently affecting.

I followed all the steps to uninstall and its still happening.

Also happening on Mac.

Seems to be an issue with the software update.

Just came to say that I also am experiencing this issue. The app just goes in a loop trying to reinstall itself.

Same put me down for being irritated trying to figure it out, Searching not finding any info. Then all of the sudden, hundreds of complaints.

Uninstall reinstall does not work, Deleted every possible file and folder on mu drive. I even cleared my Windows registry of IK, removed every IK product from my PC.
