IK uses a ticketing system. You can interact with a human after visiting http://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support and first searching the FAQ (since many issues are resolved via FAQ) and if you don't see an answer for your issue in the FAQ search results you will see a link/button to open a ticket with the support team. A human will answer your ticket request. Thank you.
