Hi all,

I just bought Amplitube 5 and unfortunately received Error code -502. I couldn't find the product in "My Orders" tab, though my credit card was already billed. I tried to follow the guidelines from here but I couldn't find the page to send a ticket (it always pointed me to an FAQ style page, and no place to write).

Please kindly help me on this, as I have no idea where to raise this issue other than this forum and "Contact Us" form.

http://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support is the correct link. It should instruct you there to first search the FAQ and if you don't find your answer there you will see a link/button to open at ticket with IK Support as they will need to take care of issues like this.

Neither the forum admins/mods (nor users) will be able to do so.
