Where Should My CSR presets be placed?

For some reason when loading my various CSR modules, I no longer see my handy presets that came with CSR. I already re-installed but they still don't show. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Greetings from San Francisco. George

That sounds like there might be a permissions issue with the local installation path for the presets. These presets would be stored with the T-RackS presets, so you might want to check if you have access to any T-RackS presets. If that doesn't help please contact IK Support for direct and official technical support via http://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support and they will happily assist you and resolve this issue with you.
