I just placed an online order for a crossgrade to Sampletank 4 MAX (or so I intended) but I inadvertantly selected the wrong product and ordered Sampletank MAX crossgrade so assume I will get a previous version (I am already a version 3 user).
How can I contact IK urgently to change my order? The online form implies that it may take a few days to get a reply and I want to correct my mistake before the order is shipped.
