License transfer for a bundled product

Hello @ll,

I have ST3 - it came with hardware from IK Multimedia. I can't transfer theh ST3... but I can transfer the hardware (i/o 25). If I transfer the hardware, will the bundled software also be available and transfered to the new owner?

Didn't find an answer yet...
