Purchased ToneX Pedal but can't register

Hello,

I recently purchased a ToneX Pedal from SamAsh.com and I am not able to register my pedal as it states it registered by another user. I have my order email from samash that i can forword to whoever, but I'd like to register this thing so I can start playing with it lol.

Meanwhile, as this is not a company Support forum, the best thing to do is contact Sales /Order Support via the IKM web site, who can look at your User Account and see what's going on.. Search the FAQs first, as there may be relevant results. After that, you should see a [Contact Support] button at the bottom of the page, linking you to the Support form.
