I can not receive and reset email

I can not receive and reset email, i do what i scould do, but it dont works?
then I created a new email address it works but now my is my TRACKS5 gone ;(
I have sent several emails til support but no mail?
if you can help I can sendt you my old mail adress?

Hope you can help me.
please send an email/message that you can fix my problem
