"not enough space to download sounds" error but have space[R

hi, I ran into a hiccup where my product manager states "not enough space to download sounds" this initially happened when I deleted the files because it filled my hard drive up to 240 gigs!!!! I'm doing something wrong lol, just don't know what and I'm frustrated.. can somebody please help with this issue?

I think you'll need to give us a bit more info to go on, otherwise we'll be shooting in the dark.

What platform/OS? (Win/Mac)
What software are you trying to download?
How big is your drive and what space do you have left on it?

my bad, lol, I'm using Mac Catalina, downloading Total Studio max.. my drive has 2.88 tb on it and I tried my internal with the same message that came up that has 223 gb on it...thank you so much for your help!

Hmm, ok. Well, the 223GB probably isn't big enough as it may well be calculating the amount needed for download and then installation.

As for the nearly 3TB, that's a bit weird as that is definitely enough.

If these do not resolve the issue, there is a link to the Technical Support form, for direct help from Official IK Support. They endeavour to reply within 2 working days, but obviously considering the current situation things may take longer than usual.

And, to help others who run into a similar problem, please let us know what you did to resolve the issues, but without directly quoting any correspondence from official support.

Weird, for some strange reason, it finally worked today! I did nothing different, so I’m not sure! Thank you for your help, though!
