Tonex Max iPad Room And Plate Issue

I recently purchased Tonex Max. I use an iPad Pro 4th generation (running iPadOS 18.2.1) with a Steinberg UR22 mk2 audio interface and Eris E7 XT Studio monitors. I'm getting excellent tones overall.

However, I'm encountering an issue with the Plate and Room reverbs. When I select either of these, I hear some kind of noise. Interestingly, all three Spring reverbs seem to work perfectly fine.

Is there any solution to this noise issue?
