Tonex iOS app issues

Hello,

I am a Tonex MAX owner and Tonex One owner.

I tried the iOS app with my iPhone 15 and my Audient id14 interface, but there is digital distortion/crackling constantly. It almost sounds like a clocking issue.

The iOS app also crashes on startup, and intermittently shows 44100 and 48000 kHz at different times and I don't know why.

The controls to set the sample rate don't seem to work (not even clear if it is configurable in the app or just showing what the sample rate is). Toggling low/ultra low latency has no effect on the crackling.

Would love to use this app.. is it going to get any more development? Any workarounds to the issues I've listed? Thanks

I have the same issue, I can use any other interface with ToneX for iPad and it works fine.

The strange thing is when using ToneX for iPad with the ToneX one interface as a plugin in GarageBand or Logic it works fine.

Honestly the iPad software without support for the new Effects is kind or worthless, so using it as a plugin with DAW effects is probably;your best bet not the end of the word.

Did you report your issue to IK Support? They can provide a status on anything that is being fixed that they have had reported to them. The users, mods, nor admins can answer that question for you.
