iPad apps are required to be sold and distributed on Apple's App Store.

There is no IK media Product Manager available from The Apple Store. I upgraded to

IK Multimedia iRig HD X Guitar Audio Interface - 96 kHz Music Recording, 24-bit, For iPhone, iPad, Mac, iOS, And PC With Lightning

If there is no way to manage the products through my IPad, back it goes.

What are you trying to manage? You would install any IK apps through the App Store, as is the norm for any iPad apps from any company.

For your hardware product, you can see what iOS products/add-ons come with it and how to claim them ("More Info" links) here: https://www.ikmultimedia.com/products/i ... php?p=apps

I am trying to Download the free IK Product Manager application to install demos and full products.

I have searched high and low and do not believe it exist for IOS despite my newly purchased product being centered around IPad and IPhones .

There is no IK Product Manager for iOS since iOS apps are sold and distributed exclusively by Apple on their App Store. You would manage any iOS apps using the App Store app on your iOS device.
