I have used an iRig Midi 2 for the past two years to control a Yamaha rackmount motif. I use an iPad into the iRig into the midi input of the motif to control patch changes. Somewhere along iOS 17 it quit working. I have an iPad with 15.4.1 and it still works fine. We have tried four iPads and the ones with 15.4.1 work and the ones on 17.4.1 will not connect so I am sure its not a cable issue.
Can some please help me figure this out or offer advice? I have tried starting a support ticket but it just takes me to the FAQ page with no way to start a ticket. Thanks for any and all help.
