LOCKED out of T-RACKS 5 MAX

WHITE2A - BLACK76 LOCKED OUT with NO CHANGE made to my computer or OS before or after. and SUNSET SOUND wont even load the plugin screen.

IVE DONE NOTHING TO MY SYSTEM. No anti v - no other software installations.
I can use Amplitube and other T-Racks modules
I was using a trial of Mesa Boogie 2 but removed it from session

UPdating Tracks and restarting did nothing. Its corrupted something inside my session in Reaper
