ARC 3 volume problem

ARC 3 volume problem

I tried ARC 3 last week and there's a Big diference betwene the volume of my audio with ARC 3 on/off. Using the trim pot only introduce distorsion.

I'm on PC runing latest Window 10 Pro and my DAW is Cubase Pro 11

It`s sad that I can`t get help from IK support or the forum about this problem. And now the sell is almost done.
