same issues here totally.
Deleted and reinstalled. TWICE.
Attempts to save or close produce a JAVA error.
went to preferences and made sure ARC was allowed access to files, microphone, etc. Opened up Firewall for all IK downloads.
NADA....
Direct email to SUPPORT- No response. Spent $200 on this and an IRig Acoustic Stage which arrived defective, totally missing parts of the battery case!
