I had issues installing the Pianoverse pianos (I bought the max version). I was able to get it resolved with a VERY manual workaround of downloading the individual zipped files from the MY PRODUCTS section of the website. (I tried downloading everything via the Product Manager but I kept getting errors at every turn.)
However...
When you click on the SOUNDS DOWNLOAD button for PianoVerse MAX, the Black Pearl B200 is NOT listed there. All the other zip files are listed but not that one.
I opened up a ticket on my initial issue of not being able to install via the Product Manager but have yet to hear back, other than the automatic triggered email that says 'we hear you'. I opened the ticket nearly a week ago.
I would like to get the Black Pearl piano loaded since I paid for it. Any help would be appreciated.
