ARC4 measurement app crashes on launch

The ARC4 stand alone measurement app will always crash when launched if the machine is connected to a large Samsung monitor/TV on MacOS Ventura. The core dump references Qt graphics. The ARC4 AU plugin has no issue with the same video device.
