ToneX Pedal with wrong serial included

Hi everybody, I've just received my ToneX Pedal but unfortunately I cannot use any of the software features such as the Librarian or the AmpliTube 5 MAX effects since I cannot register the product.
Inside the ToneX Pedal box I've found the registration card related to another product: the iRig HD 2...
It's the first time I've experienced something like that... Of course I've already written to the customer care. Do you know any other ways to retrieve the registration number from the hardware unit itself?
The HW code number on the back is not working...
