So, I don't understand Master Match X. In Tracks 5, adding a reference was totally easy. Just to be sure, I analyzed the reference track again at startup, then learned source. Once the source track was through, I pressed match. If it didn't turn out so well because I made a mistake in the mix, I changed the mix again, opened the Tracks project, used the corresponding preset, and then analyzed it again in Master Match as above. Done. Intuitive and easy. When you open your project, you can see the reference you used at any time.
In Master Match X, I no longer see the name of the reference song used. Instead, it says "Untitled." If I change the name from "Untitled" to the name of the reference song, it's in the list, but why? If I now edit a different song and select, for example, Linkin Park from my list, the EQ curve changes, but I have no way to analyze the new song. If I then go to reanalyze, I have to start the whole game from the beginning, load the reference song again, and get another "Untitled" song, which I then name, for example, Linkin Park 2. Somehow, it's all frustrating, or rather, totally unintuitive.
I downloaded the manual. I have the feeling they simply copied the description from the "old" Master Match into the new "Master Match X," which isn't actually correct.
I'm currently going back to the Master Match in Tracks 5 because what I described above is really annoying me...
Maybe someone can explain to me how this works in Master Match X.
PS: ... and why is the master bus not saved in the preset???
