The support finally got in touch and solved my problem. All my T-RackS 5 modules are now available in T-RackS 6. So the update worked as expected.
Hi, did support have to do something specific on their end or were you able to solve it?
They've sent me the same instructions multiple times now (delete some files, logout of Product Manager, reboot, reauth, etc.), and I've tried multiple times, but I can't get the T-RackS 5 MAX modules to show up in T-RackS 6 (paid version). Just curious if I'm the only one with this issue since I can't figure it out.

finally support had to do something on their end. I don't know what they did. But thereafter I could use all my T-RackS 5 Modulen within T-RackS 6.
