Is it normal for One to alert the CPU with burp and crackle while changing settings while in play mode? Or does it require a fix? I use Windows 11 with i7 or is T Racks 6 just CPU intensive?

What is your buffer size set to? Note that T-RackS plugins are meant for mixing and mastering, not for realtime recording. So you'd want to have your buffer sizes set higher as is typical when mixing or mastering in the box.

That is very small for mixing/mastering. Since T-RackS processors are meant for mixing or mastering and not performance/direct recording you would want to set that much higher.

this is unusually low buffer. set to 256, 512 to higher.. my mixing sessions are usually 1024
