T-Racks Update from 5.10.0 to 5.10.1 not working

IK Product Manager shows an update for T-Racks - the "Update from 5.10.0 to 5.10.1".

The IK Product Manager downloads and installs - what appears to be the same 5.10.0 version.

Product Manager still shows an update available afterward. Windows Programs/Apps ALSO shows T-Racks to still be at 5.10.0.

What is the issue with this?

Yeah, I can confirm it downloaded the same exact package as the last one (5.1.10.0b). I installed that one in December.

I always save my up to date installations after download - then delete the last one if all goes well.

Yep, same here. Glad to know that it's not just me. Guess we'll just have to wait a sec for the bug to be fixed.

For both of you, the best thing to do is contact Technical Support via the IKM web site, for some one to one diagnosis and help. Search the FAQs first, as there may be relevant results. After that, you should see a [Contact Support] button at the bottom of the page, linking you to the Support form.

The update file is now the correct one.

It was obviously an error on IK Multimedia's part, since the IK Product Manager was downloading the exact same exact (previous) update instead of the intended new one.
