Manually adjust delay times in Space Delay

According to the manual it should be possible to adjust the delay times manually in Space Delay:

•HEAD TIME: here it is possible to manually enter the heads’ playback delay in milliseconds, or in note divisions when SYNC is ON.

I'm not able to do this, is it really possible? (on a Windows system)

Those are only changed when you adjust the RATE knob, they are not directly editable.
