T-Racks 5 winner?

The most recent live stream on youtube, it was announced I had won t-racks 5.

I'm not sure I'm installing everything properly, but it seems like I do not have t-rack 5 in my account. All modules except an EQ and Match EQ say I need to purchase them.

Should I direct this to tech support? I had a question I emailed the sales team a couple weeks ago and I have not heard back yet on that either.

The Sales team are the ones to sort this out.
