CSR REVERB Presets Missing

Hi
Im using a mac and my presets are missing. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the plug in. Any suggestions?

I'm not sure what would cause that but since other users have not chimed in for a while I'd suggest seeking direct and official technical assistance from the IK Support team via http://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support if you have not already done so.
