Pianoverse disappeared

I have the monthly subscription to all Pianoverse. Suddenly today I noticed that Pianoverse disappeared from my MacBook Pro and when going to the Product Manager, it disappeared also!!!! Not only all Pianos disappeared but also the Pianoverse program disappeared from the Product Manager!!!!! So I can not re install it again.

Hi, please look for Pianoverse MAX in your IK Product Manager (perpetual license, not subscription since you were a subscriber for a long period of time and now that the subscriptions are no longer available for Pianoverse your license was converted to a full Pianoverse MAX license) and if you still don’t see it there, please reach out to IK Support so they can assist you.
