Import SampleTank 2 expansion in sampletank 4 ?

Import SampleTank 2 expansion in sampletank 4 ?

Hi, I just bought Total Studio 4 Max which bundled Sampletank 4 max v2 with lots of other stuff, but I also bought the Omnisynth 2 expansion for Sampletank 2 which was used in some DS games.
However, it seems like resources keep saying that to use a sampletank 2 instrument in sampletank 4, it requires to make it go through sampletank 3.

I saw that the free sampletank 3 CS could be used, but sampletank 3 cs isn't provided anymore, the page of sampletank 3 just forces a redirect to the sampletank 4 page.

Is there any other way to import my content in sampletank 4 ?

I would contact Tech Support and explain your position and see if they can sort you out.

No, that is not usually the case.

At the very least, you should have got an auto-acknowledgement when you submitted the Support ticket. If you did you can reply to that requesting advice on resolving the issue. If not, then have a look at the forum Guidelines thread for info about escalating a Support \ticket.

Interestingly, I don't think I even received the auto-acknowledgement... I did check my spam folder as well.
i wonder if maybe the support had a technical issue when I sent my ticket. i'll retry
