Hello,

I purchased a software package from IK-Multimedia, but unfortunately, it was the wrong one, which makes me quite frustrated. I intended to buy Total Studio 4 Max V2 but accidentally bought Sampletank Max 4. As soon as I noticed the mistake, I contacted IK-Multimedia support to ask if it would be possible to exchange the purchase. I am, of course, willing to pay the additional amount needed. However, I have not yet received a response, which I find very disappointing. That's why I'm trying here in the forum, hoping to get some help.

It should be possible to exchange the license, as all the licenses included in Sampletank Max 4 are also part of Total Studio 4 Max V2. I am quite desperate since this is not a small investment for me.

I have been using your products for many years and appreciate the easy handling and great sounds. I hope there is a solution.

If you have raised the issue with IK Multimedia Support before the end of the promotion, then I would think that you would be looked after.

Just to check: I think that Requests to Sales / Account Support do not generate an auto-acknowledgement. It may be worth raising a Technical Support ticket to make sure that your request is logged in time.

I have now sent a third email to the address you linked to. This is a different address than the one I had been using. I still find it disappointing that you don't at least get an acknowledgment of receipt and don't hear anything for days. Seems like you are very busy. But I hope now that we can solve the problem this way. Thank you for your help.

Hello, if anyone is interested in how the situation turned out. The support team finally contacted me and processed the return quickly and smoothly. For that, I would like to thank them. However, it was quite an odyssey until I found the right place. That could definitely be easier. Thanks also to Peter_ik for his help.
