I don't know if anyone has posted this but I figured it might help someone else one day. ST4 is huge, containing both ST3 and ST4 and MP2.
I simply copied all contents into their respective folders by combining them into the same folder. So all content in the "samples" folder of Billy Cobham, went into a "samples" folder which also included doing this to every install group so that all of them were in the same folder.
Then with just one installation - everything is installed.
No need to have to run 75 installs.
It worked for me.
